Varra has no autonomous execution today. Nothing runs while Varra is closed, and nothing here is scheduled, queued or in progress.

When agents do exist, they are intended to appear inside the Work Item they are acting on rather than as a separate application.

Gmail only Limited

Varra can send one plain-text email through a Gmail account you connect in Settings, and only after you approve that exact email. It cannot read your mailbox, and it does not act in any other external system.

Prepare an email from an Open Work Item. Its review opens here, showing the exact email before anything is sent, and stays listed on that Work Item.

Two real things exist today, and both live where the evidence is rather than in a separate console:

On an answer. Where Varra checked a value, the answer carries a strip saying what it used and a drawer with the evidence. It appears only on turns where something actually happened.

On a Work Item. Outcome assessments record whether an objective was achieved, as an append-only history you write. An Outcome is not a verification, an approval, or proof of execution.

There is no account-wide assurance score, and there will not be one that is not measured.
